How does the process work to reserve catering services?

We begin by providing a quote based on your menu selections and number of guests. These numbers do not need to be confirmed until 72 hours prior to the event. Your quote and menu can be adjusted along the way. Email at tiosminnesota@gmail.com is the best way to reach me for ongoing communication.

What is included in my quote?

-Black tablecoverings for buffet tables

-Disposable plates, napkins, silverware and cups 

-Self-serve ice water station 

-Serving utensils

-Chafers and fuel

NOT included:

-Coverings for round tables

Plain white tablecloths available for rent at $4 each

-Bussing of tables

Do you deliver food offsite?

No, catering is only provided for guests reserving the Cedarholm rental space.

Can I bring leftovers home?

Yes! We encourage customers to bring their own containers if possible to reduce environmental impact, however, we do stock a limited number of to-go containers. If you choose to not take leftover items they will be donated.

Am I able to bring my own dessert?

You can! Let me know and small plates and napkins are provided as well.

What about hot food? Can I bring my own?

Unfortunately this is not allowed due to food safety regulations.

Can I bring leftovers home?

Do you offer menu tastings?

We do not offer tastings.

Can you accommodate special diet requests?

We make every effort to provide alternative gluten-free and/or vegetarian options whenever possible. Additional charge may be required.

Do you offer alcohol service?

No, Tio’s does not possess a liquor license, Cedarholm handles all bar service. 

How does payment work?

I do not collect deposits. Payment can be made day-of or prior to the event by check 

(I can process a card, however, it does charge a fee). Checks can be made to Tios Food and Beverage, and can be mailed to 2323 Hamline Ave N, Roseville, MN 55113.
